1. Educational use only

The calculators, articles, and other content on this site are provided for general educational purposes. They are not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Calculator outputs are estimates based on the inputs you provide and may not reflect the full facts of your specific situation.

2. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted availability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any calculator will be error-free, that results will meet your requirements, or that any underlying regulation or rate we cite remains current on any given day.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bedrocka Collective LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed $100 USD.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish our calculators or content in bulk
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the calculators beyond what is visible in the client bundle
• Use the site to transmit malware, abuse, or spam
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with the normal operation of the site or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to query our tools at volume without written permission

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site — calculator logic, copy, design, layout, and brand assets — is owned by Bedrocka Collective LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view, print, and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Commercial use, including training AI models on our content, requires our prior written permission.

6. Third-party links

The site contains links to third-party websites, including affiliate partners. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

7. Changes to the service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a notice at the top of this page for at least 30 days before taking effect.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Cook County, Illinois. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement of intellectual property. You and Bedrocka Collective LLC each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action with respect to disputes under these Terms.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
